Priority 1
Real Jobs for Saint Croix families. Pursue a safe, environmentally compliant, refinery-restart deal with EPA / Port Hamilton that creates skilled jobs and strengthens the local economy.
Priority 2
Audit WAPA, push for propane + solar micro-grid for Frederiksted town so lights stay on and bills go down 30%. Deliver reliable power, safer water, and infrastructure improvements that lower costs and improve everyday life.
Priority 3
Substation that is actually manned 24/7, restore street lights, expand cameras at high-crime intersections, youth midnight basketball at D.C. Canegata Rec. Give kids something to do and more positive opportunities.
Priority 4
Tax incentives and facade grants for shops on Strand St, King St, and Market St — let Cruzan businesses own the waterfront, not just outside investors.
Priority 5
Expand practical healthcare, mental health, homelessness, and supportive services so Frederiksted is healthier, safer, and stronger.
Priority 6
Fully fund completion of Frederiksted track and Frederiksted Pool. Our kids shouldn't have to drive to town to compete. Turn the stadium into an economic, recreational, and community asset for Frederiksted.
Priority 7
Turn the pier into a real economic driver: more cruise calls, vendors village, fishing dock repairs, and lights for night fishing.
Priority 8
Monthly sweep with Public Works + community groups. Fix sidewalks on Strand St, demolish abandoned buildings that bring crime, add more trash cans and lights.
Priority 9
Push VI Housing Authority to renovate Estate Frederiksted, White Lady, and Marley Homes — mold, roof, plumbing first. Fast-track titles for families.
Priority 10
Ice machine that works at the fish market, cold storage, and grants for farmers in Estate La Grange, Montpellier, and Mars Hill.
“Frederiksted built St. Croix. It's time St. Croix invests back in Frederiksted.”
